The love between a mother and her daughter is like no other. Meaningful. All-consuming. Unconditional. The first moments I met Antionette and her daughter Marcelle for their photo shoot I instantly knew this was a mother-daughter duo that shared an ineffable bond. It was truly an honor to shoot two people who showed so much love, affection, and respect for one another. Not only are they mother and daughter, but they are also the best of friends.
We had so much fun doing the shoot in the beautiful garden at the Emmerentia Dam. Being a part of this special shoot was indeed an inspiring experience. Knowing they have chosen me to capture their unique and personal moments and their unbreakable bond was a true honour.
